After final numbers are confirmed and the home improvement contract is submitted, your loan documents will be prepared and sent for signature.
Once everything is signed, Lyon Financial sends a “Clear to Start Construction” email to both you and our team—officially giving the green light to begin your build.
As construction progresses, simply upload photos of completed stages through the contractor portal. Some lenders may request a signed release form before sending payments.
When your project is complete, submit a signed verification form and a photo of the finished pool to receive final payment from the lender.
